What is The Exercise Space?
We each have our own exercise space, we just need to find it! As your personal trainer I will provide you with functional fitness and nutritional guidance which will inspire and motivate you to find a balance. I will teach you different exercises every session, and by making small changes within your life, we’ll reach and stay within your goals. I work with men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Training is available at my space, your space, or outside. I can show how to get fit with just your own body weight and a few simple tools.

Fitness is my passion and I want to share it with you! I will help you develop an active lifestyle and enjoy exercise…yes it can be fun! We are all motivated in different ways and I will work with you to help you find your exercise space. Mine happens to be anything that keeps me moving…especially a hike, snow shoe, mountain bike, or swim.

Personal Instruction at The Exercise Space - We work one on one based on your individual goals and challenges. Weekly weigh ins’ and body fat analysis. Buddy Sessions also available.
Personal Instruction in Your Home or Outside - Don’t live or work downtown - no problem, I will come to you.
Triathlon Training - Training for your first triathlon or want to brush up on your skills for your upcoming triathlon? Dawn has trained several clients for Sprint and Olympic Distance Triathlons. Singles, doubles or groups! Custom packages available, ask for prices.
TRX Suspension Training - No matter what your level of fitness, Suspension Training will challenge you. With endless exercises ranging from beginner to expert, there is always room for improvement!
Ab-Plus Class - Not just your abs, we’ll get your whole core in this class.
Wednesday’s, 12-12:30 at The Exercise Space
Nutritional Consultation - Individual meal plans to teach you how to eat healthy, but still enjoy your food (no diets!)
