What is the exercise space?
I provide my clients with functional fitness and nutritional guidance which inspires and motivates you to find a balance. I will teach you different exercises every session, and by making small changes within your life, we’ll reach and stay within your goals.

Throughout my life, keeping active has been my priority. I order the ‘healthy choice’ when dining in a restaurant, I get up before most to enjoy a run first thing in the am, I plan my vacations around activities, I prepare and pack my lunch/dinner when on the run, and I jump at the chance to enjoy anything that keeps me moving…especially a hike, mountain bike, or swim.
Options:
Personal Instruction at The Exercise Space - We work one on one based on your individual goals and challenges. Weekly weigh ins’ and body fat analysis.
Body Walk Class - Come get some fresh air and all around body workout while covering 2-3 miles.
In Office Stretch - No sweating! A refreshing stretch to wake up your body and mind. I come to your office just when your legs are starting to cramp, your neck is starting to stiffen, your shoulders tighten, and your mind is wandering. We’ll refocus with an all around body stretch.
Ab-Plus Class - Not just your abs, we’ll get your whole core in this class.
Fridays, 11-11:30am at The Exercise Space
Nutritional Consultation - Individual meal plans to teach you how to eat healthy, but still enjoy your food (no diets!)
