Recommitting to Your Fitness Goals
April 29th, 2008 by DawnYou worked out hard, you hit your goal…then you started slacking. Now your paying less attention to what is going in your mouth, your dedication to exercise has begun to dwindle and you find yourself at happy hour more than working out. Your clothes have gotten tighter and you put back on some body fat. Ok, enough right?
It’s time to recommit! Set a goal… or 3, and set up a reward for yourself when you reach this goal, like my long-time client, David (below).
David is one of my very first clients from way back when I was a gym trainer. He was a role model client - worked out hard, ate lots of veggies, and reached his goal last summer.
