A great turnout for Sunday’s BodyWalk at Discovery Park. The sun was brilliant and all who attended worked their butts off! Awesome job guys.

Great photos, looks like people are having a blast, especially hauling those logs. What a Seattle thing to do!

It is a lot of fun. Especially, the way people look at us. Makes one feel special. But, seriously, Dawn is getting us really in shape. I’ve noticed a big difference.
