Exercise Intelligence tip #1
Exercising within proper postural alignment is super important. Many of the injuries that occur while working out are due to improper alignment of our bodies when performing strength training exercises.
To name a few:
-weight in the wrong part of the foot
-tightened traps
-loose core
-head and neck not in neutral position
-arched or dipped back
-rounded shoulders
-curled wrists
Make sure to have your workout partner or trainer keep close eye on your posture when doing a new exercise or multi-jointed exercise to ensure preventing an injury.

Yes! This is very true
I was doing lunges putting most of my weight under my toes until Dawn mentioned to have most of your weight balanced under your heels. Makes all the difference, my knees were starting to hurt, no more!
