Better Body with BodyWalk

What is it? It’s not just a walk, or just a run, it’s not a boot camp, or just a play in the park…it’s a little of everything! This past Sunday at BodyWalk we focussed on glutes and abs, and I mean all your abs! Within our 2.75 mile walk…ok there was one bear crawl up a hill, we accomplished:
*standing abdominal work targeting upper, lower, and obliques
*laying down core work
*4 variations of lunges
*6 upper body exercises
*bench and stair work
*lots of laughs
Our group of young professionals meets rain or shine, and even when it snowing! Every week we go a different route, with a different group of exercises, that get not only your major muscles, but also your synergist muscles (smaller assisting muscles), you know the ones you never knew you had! ;)

    I’m really having a good time at Dawn’s BodyWalk class. I’m getting addicted and I never get addicted to exercise. Going very fast downhill on my bike, yes. Exercise, no. I’ve noticed that the exercise we do at the BodyWalk has made me much stronger on my bike. Thanks Dawn!
